General QuestWilimar found an odd arrow stuck in his door and wants you to check out where it might have come from.
STEPS:
1) Search north of Wilmar Bolger's home. Wilimar says
"It looks like the arrow came from somewhere directly north of here, near the hedge-gate heading to the Greenfields."
Take the road north out of town a short distance to the hedge gate. You will find a torn journal just to the east of the gate (30.5s, 66.w). Collect this.
2) Bring the journal to Wilimar Bolger.
3) After you speak with him and select "Finish Now", you get XP, and you will now be able to take his next quest, A Few Pages Short.
