Epic - Prologue Elven QuestEilian wants you to talk to Cardavor, who is worried over something.
STEPS:
1) Talk to Cardavor. Eilian says:
"You may find him by the piers. Follow the path to the north to the gates, then continue to the water's edge."
Cardavor is indeed just where she says he is, standing next to the milestone (28.2s, 92.1w).
2) After you speak with him and select "Finish Now", you get XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Unlike Avorthal.
