General QuestAskell seeks revenge against the Dourhand dwarves for killing his brother Gellir, so you will get his vengeance for him, by felling the evil dwarven leader, Skithi.
STEPS:
1) Defeat Skithi Blackhand. Askell says:
"Skithi Blackhand is the leader of the Dourhands at the fortified eastern camp, north of Gondamon."
This dwarven encampment is a small one, situated in the northern part of the map, just to the north of a small lake. It is northeast of Gondamon, and lies between the Low-Lands and Haudh Lin. You will see a wooden stockade with a gate as you approach The Grimwater area. Head in there, and you'll see Skithi in the back left area; he has 1200 morale and is an Elite mob---you will want to bring some friends to help (17.7s, 95w).
2) Talk to Askell.
3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, Milloch, and you will now be able to take the next quest, The Plundered Port.
