General QuestCalengil wants you to help his brother, if he is in need.
STEPS:
1) Talk to Glamir. Calengil says:
"I last saw him amongst the ruins near the shore of the Grimwater, a small lake northeast of the dwarf-outpost we call Gondamon. He is likely still there."
Glamir is in a ruined marble gazebo that lies between the Low-Lands and Haudh Lin, northeast of Gondamon and southwest of the lake (18.9s, 95.2w).
2) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Webs of Sorrow.
