Sickening of the Land
General QuestLaergil is concerned over the disease and blight some creatures are bringing upon the land and wants you to help kill some of them. You must be level 8 to take this quest.
STEPS:
1) Defeat 20 insects in Haudh Lin. I found a number of spiders (Snow-spinners) and crawlers of various types to kill in eastern Haudh Lin, north of Kheledul (19.9s, 92.1w). There are also crawlers in Emyn Hoedh, not as far east as the previous location (18.7s, 93.9w).
2) Talk to Laergil.
3) After you speak with her and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, 5 Blueberry Muffins, Bronweolf, and you will now be able to take the next quest, A Grisly Task.
