General QuestBrethilwen would like you to deliver a bottle of wine to a friend of hers.
STEPS:
1) Bring the bottle of wine to Dolengyl. Brethilwen tells you that Dolengyl is in Duillond, and "if you reach the dwarf-port of Kheledul, you have traveled too far north." You'll find Duilland by taking the north road out of Celondim, crossing the bridge, and following it for a while north. You will come to a fork in the road, take the right branch. Dolengyl is on the terrace overlooking the canyon (you'll take some stairs to get up there) (24.2s, 92.6w).
2) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and Dolengyl's Trousers or Dolengyl's Helmet.
