General QuestBrethilwen tells you about some goblins that have been destroying her wine, and hopes you will be able to recover some useable wine-flasks in that area.
STEPS:
1) Collect 6 wine-flasks. Brethilwen says:
"You can find the goblins throughout Limael's Vineyard to the north-west. I would not venture beyond into the Rath Teraig, however, as the goblins there are rather more dangerous."
To get to Limael's Vineyard, head north out of Celondim, cross the bridge and then head west somewhat alongside the stream. Continue heading west, and you will find plenty of goblins to kill in this area, and they will drop the wine-flasks you seek (26.3s, 95.6w).
2) Bring the wine-flasks back to Bethilwen.
3) After you speak with her and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and Brethilwen's Mace.
