General Quest

Himloc Grouse is the Staddle grocer and is just northwest of the water well in the town proper.

Himloc has his stolen pipeweed back, but he wants you to catch the Blackwold's who are stealing his pipeweed in the act.

Himloc's farm is just northeast of Lily Underhill's location on
this map at 30.8s, 47.5w.

Both Vance Waithman and the Blackwold thieves are level 10 elites. They all spawn pretty readily in that field and the immediate surroundings during the night. Definitely bring some friends unless you are level 14+ and confident. Even at 14 a level 10 elite is hard, and since they spawn rapidly there is a real threat of fighting more than 1. They can all be pulled away from the farm while you fight them, and this is a good tactic. Vance is not tied to the thieves in any way and can be fought singly.

When the task is done, return to Himloc for the reward and the end of this quest series.
