Gammy Boggs is concerned that Falco Greenhand's fields are not doing well.

Falco tells her to buzz off, but Gammy is a very nosy hobbit and wants you to talk to other members of the town to see if they know anything.

I spoke to them in this order:
Ethelinda Burr
Ferdibrand Took
Longo Daegmund
Ferumbras Attereeve
Himloc Grouse and
Lily Underhill

All of them can be found on this map.

Lily is the one who knows something, and you might be able to shortcut this quest and just talk to her. She is really close to the east anyway.
