You earned Tortwil's trust through your efforts against the spiders, but he asked one last favour of you: that you return to Amon Ros and slay the elders of the spider-brood.

Steps

After talking to Tortwil, head out of Ost Guruth and travel west to Amon Ros (31.5S 31.3W). Kill a Ruin-Web Spinner, Ruin-Web Trapper and Ruin-Web Weaver. They are spread out across Amon Ros. Proceed with caution.
