General QuestLily purchases pottery for a collection, but she had not heard from her contact (Candac) in a long time. She is concerned for her delivery, and for Candac, and wants you to bring him a letter.
STEPS:
1) Collect the letter to Candac. You'll find Candac at the Forsaken Inn. "Look for the inn along the Great East Raod, just past the Midgewater Marshes." To get there from Bree, take the South Gate out of Bree, and continue on the Great East Road past Chetwood and past the Midgewater Marshes until you see the Inn in the distance (34s, 40.7w).
2) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, Brightwood's Vest, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Candac's Obligation.
