General QuestSaeradan is concerned about the Orcs coming from the Trestlebridge area, and wants you to kill many of them.
STEPS:
1) Defeat 5 of the Tarkrip Grunts. Defeat 5 of the Tarkrip Prowlers. Defeat the Tarkrip Killer. Saeradan says:
"From what I have learned from this letter and from my 'neighbors', the Thornleys, their main encampment is in the stockage up the Greenway."
The 'Greenway' refers to the long north-south road that runs the length of Bree-land. The Orcs in Bree are in the far north. From Saeradan's Cabin, get to the road and head north. Once you are past the area on the in-game map labeled "Northern Bree-fields", you will start seeing some woods to your left (west). Not much further north, you'll find oodles of Orcs in the Cirith Nur Encampment, and just outside the area too (starting at 21.6s, 54.6w. Entrance to camp: 21.2s, 54.7w). I found the Grunts to be the most plentiful. Also, most of the orcs were in the level 13-15 range.
2) Talk to Saeradan.
3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, Dagoron, and you will now be able to take the next quest, The Vale of Andrath.
