General QuestOddvarr's pack was missing his important notes, and he suspects the Orcs took them. You get to swipe them back from the Orcs!
STEPS:
1) Recover Oddvarr's notes from the Tarkrip Orcs. Oddvarr says:
"There was a band of Tarkrip Orcs from around Cirith Nur, west to northwest of here in the North Bree-fields, come sniffing around the ruins. That's why I left my pack behind in such a hurry."
The camp Oddvarr speaks of is called the Cirith Nur Encampment (21.1s, 54.7w), and it is indeed west to northwest of where he stands. It is also a POI, so once you are there you will see a little flag on your map in the middle of the woods north of the Northern Bree-fields. Once there, you only need to kill the Orcs until one of them drops the notes on their body, then loot it. Not every Orc will carry the notes.
2) Return Oddvarr's notes. It turns out that Lofar Ironband, an armorsmith in Bree, is working with Oddvarr.
3) Talk to Lofar Ironbrand.
4) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and either Ironbrand's Staff or Ironbrand's Club.
