Price on Their Heads, A
General QuestFalster wants to make some money by providing the constables in Bree with goblin-scabbards, but needs your help in actually gathering the scabbards. Help him out, and he promises to share his profits with you.
NOTE: Many of the quests starting in The Forsaken Inn will require you to kill the same creature. Make life easier on yourself as well as ensuring an efficient questing session by taking all of The Forsaken Inn quests at once. You can view them all on THIS PAGE.
MINAS ERIOL NOTE: While this is not labeled a fellowship quest, be wary about going into Minas Eriol alone if you don't want to fight multiple level 17ish goblins that will pounce on you, and then whistle for their friends Bob and Larry to come and have a piece of you as well.
STEPS:
1) Collect 12 goblin-scabbards. Falster says to you:
"Surely the goblins in the ruins of Minas Eriol, southeast of here, carry scabbards that will fulfill the bounty."
To get to the ruins of Minas Eriol, head southeast from The Forsaken Inn; you will soon find a path to follow. The path curves gently around a mountain, and when you have a choice of going north or east up a hill, head east up the hill. Plenty of goblins for you in these ruins, though not all will drop a scabbard (36.2s, 39.1w).
2) Bring the goblin-scabbards to Falster.
3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and Scabard Chaser.
