General QuestMattie wants you to go back to Trestlebridge to tell his wife Elsie that he is fine, and that he'll be back after he repairs the wagon and fells a few more trees.
STEPS:
1) Talk to Elsie Woodruff. Take the Greenway south to town to find Elsie standing in front of the first building on your left as you enter Trestlebridge (17.3s, 53.8w).
2) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your XP, and either Woodruff's Hat or Woodruff's Longsword.
