Crafting: Jeweller Quest

This is the third of the Jeweller crafting proficiency quests.

Any novice Jeweller NPC will send you to speak to Millicent Greenlake in Breelands at Thornleys Work-site and that is all you need to complete tier three Jewellery.

However, most of the fourth tier Jewellery recipes require a Superior Workbench, to get access to these workbenches (at Esteldin and Hobbiton) you need to complete "An Errand for Millicent Greenlake".
