INSTANCE: The Refuge of Edhelion

Introduction Quest

An evil dwarf, Skorgrim, has attacked Edhelion and Talagan, the Master of the Refuge, wishes to speak with you.

STEPS:

1) Talk to Talagan Silvertongue (14s, 100.7w). He wants you to defend the courtyard.

2) Double-click on Haerandir’s fallen body and take the weapon you find. Equip it, and then speak with Talagan again.

3) He will want you to follow him. He will stop, then you continue down the stairs to the gate.

4) Edhelben will open the gate. Follow him until he brings you to another gate. Head up the stairs, and then defeat 5 of the invaders. Keep going up the stairs, killing monsters along the way.

5) Eventually you’ll get to another gate, which Dorongur Whitehorn will open. Follow him until he stops, then talk to him.

6) You will then experience a brief cinematic sequence, where Talagan dies at the end of it.

7) Speak with Elrond (14.1s, 100.7w). After you tell him what you know, select "Finish Now". You’ll be brought to the Refuge of Edhelion, and you will be able to take the quest: INTRO: Elrond’s Premonition.
