Radagast "smells death in the moss", and we know that can't be a good thing. Precisely, it means you're going to be killing some wights, though Radagast suggests that "there are other fell creatures haunting the swamp."

STEPS:

1) Defeat 15 wights in Harangmar.

Radagast says:

"Return to Haragmar, the swamp in the east, and destroy these foul creatures."

The swamp area is very close to Ost Guruth; walk down the stairs from town and go east and north, and you're there. Head further into the swamp, past the Circle of Blood ponds, and you'll find the wights you need. If you continue into the large ruins ahead of you, you'll get more than you may have bargained for: some level 30 Elites call that place home. Instead, since I was solo, I killed the 'normal' wights: Level 26-27 Bile-Spewer Marksmen (31.4s, 26.7w), Deadly Bile-Spewers (31.4s, 26.2w), and Level 25-26 Ancient Bile-Spewers (31.4s, 26w), who have wormy pets that arrive when they are nearly dead, the level 23-24 Foul Wrigglers.

2) Talk to Radagast the Brown.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Chapter 3: Breeders of the Dead.
