STEPS:
1) Talk to Dorongur. You’ll find him by taking the road west out of the town, in Thorin’s Gate (15.3s, 101.6w). Dorongur says Elrond is concerned about some evil about to be unleashed.
2) After you speak with him and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, INTRO: Meditating on the Past.
