Terror in the Sky

General Quest

You have helped with two of the great problems that Stanric asked of you (death and pestilence), yet a third remains: terror. Stanric is quite concerned about the gore-crows that roam the land and spy on his people, reporting back to their Orc and half-breed masters. You're to kill a number of these crows, and bring their eyes back to Stanric to prove that they can no longer see, and thus can no longer spread information.

STEPS:

1) Collect 16 gore-crow eyes. Stanric instructs you:

"Seek the gore-crows along the Great East Road and bring me their eye to prove that the creatures will no longer speak of us to their fell masters."

These nasty crows are just everywhere. You'll find lower level ones (to level 19) at the Forsaken Inn area, southwest of Ost Guruth in Mithrenrost (33.6s, 33.4w) and Nain Enidh (31.6s, 32.5w). If you want more of a challenge, there are level 23-24 Gore-crow Spotters and Gore-crow Sentinels right outside of town in Haragmar (32.3s, 29.2w). Not every one drops an eye, so keep that in mind.

2) Deliver the gore-crow eyes to Stanric at Ost Guruth.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, either Stanric's Staff or Stanric's Necklace, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Well-Prepared.
