Epic - Book III: Council of the North

Mincham urges you to return to Esteldin to tell Halbarad that the Enemy has control of Fornost. Mincham worries over a "great witch" he has heard lives in the ruins of Fornost.

STEPS:

1) Talk to Halbarad. I am cheap, so I ran east and northeast along the Greenway back to Esteldin. However you get there, go back into Halbarad's Study to talk to him (9.4s, 41.2w). He wants to call a council from the people of North Downs to determine how to "deal with this threat."

2) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take ONE of three new quests, A Call to Dwarves, A Call to Elves, and A Call to Men. Each of these quests will lead to a different chapter in this Epic book: Dwarves to Chapter 4, Elves to Chapter 5, and Men to Chapter 6.
