Lost in Interpretation

General Quest

Candaith is unable to read either of the orders you have given him, for both are written in the "Black Speech." He wants you to bring them someone he knows that can translate it.

STEPS:

1) Bring the orc orders to Saeradan. Candaith directs you:

"Travel to Bree-town. From the West-gate of Bree travel north along the Greenway until you spy the Ranger cabin among the trees east of the road. The cabin is quite near to Thornley's Work Site. Find Saeradan and ask him to translate these orders. May haste speed your errand!"

This will be quite a long journey, one that I don't think is necessary to expound upon Candaith's fine directions. Saeradan is standing outside his cabin (25.6s, 52.9w). Saeradan is able to translate the orders for you:

"These letters bring ill tidings, Wren. An Orc of the South-lands, Rigul by name, has been tasked with learning what has caused a great movement of orcs out of the North. Rigul and his fellows call themselves "Uruk-hai" and are using the ruins atop Amon Sul as a centre for their activities."

2) Return the orc orders to Candaith.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Retake Weathertop.
