STEPS:
1) Head to the Silver Deep mines and zone in (14.3s, 101.6w).
2) You will find numerous "Dead Goblins", double-click these to search them---you’ll find pick-axes. You’ll need to search four goblins.
3) Return to Elladan.
4) After you speak with him and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, an Elven Robe or Elven Shirt, and you will now be able to take the next quest, INTRO: The Longbeards.
