Half-Orc Schemer

General Quest

Aggy is convinced that Lugbas, a Half-Orc, is responsible for the Black-fire. In order to be free of the Black-fire threat, Lugbas must die.

Our group was overpowered for this quest, but better than being underpowered! For your comparing pleasure: Wren, a 29 Hunter; Brasse, a 29 Guardian; Grif, a 27 Captain; Risi, a 27 Minstrel; Maligant, a level 26 Lore-Master; and Kwee, a level 30 Hunter. We kill him in record time, with barely a scratch.

STEPS:

1) Defeat Lugbas. Aggy says:

"But finding him might be a challenge…ah! My old hiding spot! You see, far in the southeast of the Nan Wathren, on the highest slopes, there's a nook where no one could ever find me when I hid there. I'll wager he's hiding there! Go there and, if you find him, slay him!"

To find him, take the same initial bridge that you took to get to the Black-fire crates. Cross the bridge towards where the southeastern crate was (17s, 46.7w). Head southeast after crossing the bridge.

You will head through a gate and before long you'll find Lugbas near some rocks, a level 28 Elite with 3,859 morale and 825 power (17.5s, 45.7w). This area is home to some level 26-27 Elite mobs, so you may need to do some clearing before you get to Lugbas, if you want to ensure an uninterrupted fight with him.

2) Talk to Aggy Digweed.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and either Digweed's Hat, Cempa, Bregdram, or Digweed's Hammer.
