Stop the Scouts

General Quest

Hannar is concerned about the Dourhand Dwarves that are "skulking around the area." He feels they are spying on them, and wants some of the Scouts taken out while they get ready to make a big move against the Dourhands.

NOTE: For questal efficiency, be sure to work on the A Bird in the Hand and Winter Gloves quests at the same time as you're doing this one.

STEPS:

1) Defeat 8 Dourhand Scouts. Hannar tells you:

"Defeat as many of the Dourhands' scouts as you can find around Othrikar and the northlands of Nan Amlug."

Right outside Othrikar you'll find lots of hawks, lynxes, and here and there you'll find a Dourhand Scout. Going into the hills of Nan Amlug West will help you find those sneaky evil Dwarves.

2) Talk to Hannar.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Dourhand Plans.
