General QuestOthrikar is a dwarf settlement in the Nan Amlug West region. Regin stands at the top of a courtyard-type area.
Regin is in charge of smelting, and he is running out of silver. He has heard of a "father-lode", which would provide Othrikar with much gold and perhaps even mithril. The problem is the records that may lead them to this father-lode are missing. You need to find them!
STEPS:
1) Collect the mining records. Regin tells you:
"I suspect these records are still around Othrikar someplace, perhaps in a chest or locker."
From Regin, head west, going up two flights of stairs, On the second level you will see a footlocker next to a tower; double-click that to open it and retrieve the mining records (7.3s, 45.5w).
2) Return the Mining Records to Regin.
3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Rune-Kenner.
