Crafting: Scholar QuestAt some point in your Scholarly studies, you will notice that you are no longer earning experience. In order to progress, you must seek guidance. Pity that the game does not tell you this immediately!
Seek out any Novice Jeweller (found in most major towns and some minor ones), and you will see a gold ring above their heads.
They will remind you that you must pay careful attention to the teachings of others in order to become wise. Nathronwen in Duillond will guide your path.
1. Talk to Nathronwen
Get to Ered Luin by whatever means is convenient. A Swift Travel pony to Celondim is a good bet, as Duillond lies just a short run to the north of it, along a well-maintained and safe road.
Once you enter Duillond, you will find the Elven lady Nathronwen on the east side of the settlement, among the craftsmen on the terraces. Merely showing up on time and being polite seems to be enough to grant you your certificate of completion this time... but in the future there will be more arduous and dangerous tasks ahead.
