Adso's Delivery

General Quest

Adso (29.1s, 56.8w) is building a hunting lodge east of Bree-town, right on the edge of the Great Eastern Road. He had to borrow a lot of money to finance the venture. Unfortunately, he borrowed from the nastiest sort of fellow. He asks you to bring his debt payment to Bill Ferny1.

1. Bring the satchel to Bill Ferny by night.

Bill Ferny is not to be found at "Bill Ferny's house" in Bree-town, as one might imagine, but rather at the Old Sweetgrass Farm northeast of Adso's Camp. He stands on the west side of the farmhouse, at 28.3s, 56,2w. He will only spawn there at night, so check the skies before heading over. Hint: if it's sunny out, it's not night time.

You can either cut across country, or simply follow the Great Eastern Road to the east towards Bree-town a very short distance, until you see a path leading to the north - that'll be the Old Sweetgrass Farm.

Bill likes to gloat:
"Ha! Soon Sharkey's Men'll have all of Bree well in hand. With cowards like that little worm Adso under heel, there's no question of that.
You just tell Ado that this payment has been received, but he better have another ready next week, or it will go badly for him."

2. Talk to Adso Haybank

Retrace your steps... being in business for himself, Adso can be found at his construction site day or night, no worries there.

"Another payment!" he exclaims, "This was supposed to be the last! He'll drive me to ruin, that rotten..."

Adso gives you your 90 coppers, and asks you to undertake another delivery for him, this time to a more savory type.
