General QuestDannasen wants you to deliver the satchels you collected to his brethren Emelin, "who leads those in the south."
NOTE: This quest is labeled as a FELLOWSHIP quest, but it must be an error. All you are doing is talking with an NPC. If you are careful, you will not even need to fight any of the solo mobs on the way to chat with him!
STEPS:
1) Bring the Satchels to Emelin. Dannasen tells you:
"If he has not fallen too far into forgetfulness, the evidence herein may serve to rally my brethren to the cause once more. The southern bog is far to the south, and my brethren wander the southern end."
To find Emelin, go all the way to the end of the swamp in Harloeg (south), and you will find a grassy hill leading slightly up to the area called Ost Haer (37.8s, 28.4w). Once up the hill you will soon find Emelin (37.7s, 28w).
2) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, either Emelin's Helm or Emelin's Staff, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Long Overdue Justice.
