STEPS:
1) Talk to Dora Brownlock. Peony says "Just take the north-east road right to the centre of Waymeet." Dora is in the middle of Waymeet (32.8s, 72.9w).
2) After you speak with her and select "Finish Now", you get XP and you will now be able to take the next quest, Rescue Dora’s Chickens.
