Fall of the Earth-Kin

General Quest

Daervunn has heard that a number of the Earth-Kin hunters, led by Jarrko, have betrayed their people to serve Angmar. Your job is to find the traitors and "show them that their betrayal is known and will not be brooked."

STEPS:

1) Defeat 6 of the Rauta-lehma Warriors. Defeat 6 of the Rauta-lehma Hunters. From the quest journal:

"The Earth-kin of the Rauta-lehma faction are encamped east of Esteldin in the Nan Amlug."

The quickest way to Rhunenlad from town is to take the dirt path from the back of town; it leads you straight into Rhunenlad (path starts here, facing southeast: 9.8s, 40.8w). The quickest way to find these mobs from town is to take the dirt path from the back of town; it leads you straight into Rhunenlad (path starts here, facing southeast: 9.8s, 40.8w). From Rhunenlad, head north and you'll soon find the Rauta-lehma mobs, usually in Nan Amlug East (Warrior: 9s, 38.8w; Hunter: 8.9s, 38.8w and 8.3s, 36.5w). Their levels are in the low 30s. They are not as prevalent as the local wolves and Hoar Mantles, but if you persevere you'll get all the giants you need.

2) Talk to Daervunn.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward and XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Reclamation (from a different NPC in town).
