General QuestIn order to solidify good relations with the Earth-Kin, Elur wants you to retrieve some of the weapons that were taken from them.
STEPS:
1) Collect 8 Earth-kin weapons. Elur:
"The Earth-kin of the Rauta-lehma faction in eastern Nan Amlug use weapons taken from the fallen in their insurrection. Go there and steal these weapons back. Be careful not to destroy the weapons in your battle."
If you don't want to travel the plains searching for Rauta-lehma, you can head to their camp in the far east. It's called Fashat Laug (9.2s, 33.6w).
2) Return the Earth-kin Weapons to Elur.
3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward and XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Caught in the Wake.
