General QuestElur hopes to secure an alliance with the Suuri-lehma Earth-kin, and wants you to deliver the weapons to their chieftain to aid in this endeavor.
STEPS:
1) Deliver the letter to Asikko. Elur tells you:
"Just east from Esteldin and to the north along the base of the hills surrounding this hidden fort, you will find an Earth-kin camp."
The quickest way to Rhunenlad from town is to take the dirt path from the back of town; it leads you straight into Rhunenlad (path starts here, facing southeast: 9.8s, 40.8w). Once in Rhunenlad, head northwestish, hugging the mountainside. You're looking for a settlement called Rusfold, just on the edge of the mountains (entrance is at 8.9s, 39.6w). Follow the path to the back left corner, and there you'll find Asikko (9.4s, 39.9w). Asikko is amenable to an alliance.
2) Talk to Elur.
3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and Silver Locket.
