Epic - Book III: Council of the North

NOTE: You must have completed Chapter 4: Freeing Dori before you can take this quest.

Since you have rescued Dori, Hannar now agrees to join the council. You will need to let Halbarad know.

STEPS:

1) Talk to Halbarad. Head back to Esteldin and go into Halbarad's tower to speak with him (9.4s, 41.2w).

2) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your XP.
