NOTE: You must have completed Chapter 5: Tending the Glade before you can take this quest.

Since you have killed Drukordh, Gildor now agrees to join the council. You will need to let Halbarad know.


STEPS:



1) Talk to Halbarad. Head back to Esteldin and go into Halbarad's tower to speak with him (9.4s, 41.2w).

2) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your XP.
