General Quest

Hannar believes he knows where the roosting ground of the hendroval is located. He wants you to head there and take care of business!

NOTE: For your comparison, here was my group composition: Myself, a 34 Hunter; Kari, a 30 Burglar; Shaeroc, a 34 Burglar; Melodea, a 31 Minstrel; Janella, a 29 Minstrel; and Bregnir, a 32 Champion. This quest was a cake-walk for us--you could do it with half as many people, though it would take you longer! Thank you to all of those that helped me with this quest.

NOTE: For questal efficiency, you may wish to work on the quest Pulling Beards concurrently with this one.

STEPS:

1) Defeat 6 Dourhand Falconers. Defeat Falconer Bruni. Hannar tells you:

"Numerous flights of hendrevail have been seen some distance to the northeast of Othrikar. I have also heard tell of a Dourhand named Bruni who is known as a falconer. He may be the one responsible for all this activity of late. I need you to find the hendroval roosting ground and deal with the Dourhands tending it, particularly Bruni. Do this, and you will be well-rewarded! I do suggest, though, that you do not attempt this alone."

Run northeast of Othrikar to an area called Kamskut. Here you'll encounter the Dourhand Falconers you need, level 29 Elites. These respawn quickly, wander, and are close together, so try not to get surrounded. Falconer Bruni, a level 30 Elite with 4,293 morale and 886 power stands in front of a stone building (5.3s, 43w).

2) Talk to Hannar.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and either Dolg-Klath, Balanamath, Bruni's Slayer, or Hannar's Crystal Earring.
