Baldwin tells you that the Mathom Society's Master Chef is too busy cataloguing small mathoms to make the main part of their dinners, a honey-roasted chicken. You'll be doing it instead.

STEPS:

1) Collect a honey-roasted chicken. For starters, don't be a dough-head like I was and sit around wondering where on earth you will get the recipe for this from; it's in your backpack, and is an Artisan recipe. To make this signature dish, you'll need the following: 1 Uncooked Chicken (Expert Cook), 1 Fine Seasonings (Expert Cook), 1 Bag of Salt (Novice Cook) and 1 Blackberry Honey (buy from the AH or get it as a special product of farming a blackberry field). Both varieties of Cook NPCs are available in town to sell you items (34.6s, 75.5w). You will need a Superior Oven to make them.

2) Bring the honey-roasted chicken to Baldwin Foxtail.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, you will enjoy Increased Standing With the Mathom Society (+1200), and you will now be able to take the next quest, Honey-Roasted Chicken.
