Baldwin tells you that the Mathom Society's Master Chef is too busy cataloguing small mathoms to make a much anticipated seasoned beef with cauliflower. You'll be doing it instead.

STEPS:

1) Collect 5 seasoned beef with cauliflower. For starters, don't be a dough-head like I was and sit around wondering where on earth you will get the recipe for this from; it's in your backpack, and is an Expert recipe. To make 5 of these dishes, you'll need the following: 5 Cuts of Beef (Novice Cook), 10 Cauliflowers (buy from AH or grow yourself), and 5 Shire Seasonings (Novice Cook).

2) Bring the seasoned beef with cauliflower to Baldwin Foxtail.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, you will enjoy Increased Standing With the Mathom Society (+700), and you will now be able to take the next quest, Seasoned Beef with Cauliflower.
