General QuestCelephadh now wants you to break down the goblins by killing their taskmaster.
STEPS:
1) Defeat Natkam. Celephadh tells you:
"I would ask you to return to the goblin-camps on the outskirts of Dol Dinen and find this goblin-taskmaster. If he is slain, the will of the goblins may be broken."
Once more head back to the area just before Dol Dinen. I found Natkam (level 32 Signature mob with 2,070 morale and 380 power) wandering between the path where the first goblins are standing watch at their posts and the hills to the left where you'll find Wargs (13.4s, 37.3w).
2) Talk to Celephadh.
3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, Belecthan, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Warg-Master.
