Deciphering the Black Speech
General QuestDaervunn needs the Orders you found translated, and asks you to bring them to Mincham for this purpose.
STEPS:
1) Ask Mincham to translate the Uruk-Orders. Daervunn tells you:
"Mincham has long studied the Enemy and their Black Speech. Would you carry the orders to him at his camp in the west? He is encamped near the Fields of Fornost at the southwest edge."
If you haven't been to Mincham's Camp before, it is at the west end of the long east-west running road from Estedlin, and north of Trestlebridge, just south of the Fields of Fornost. Once there, you'll find Mincham by a campfire (13.1s, 55.3w). Mincham tells you that they are orders to dig trenches, and that the Orcs are unified with their leadership. He urges you to return to Daervunn.
2) Bring Mincham's report to Daervunn.
3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and either Daervunn's Shoulder Guards or Daervunn's Hooded Cloak.
