STEPS:
1) Bring 10 Orc battle-medallions to Nethur at Esteldin. Do this the same as you did for the introduction quest.
2) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you will enjoy Increased Standing with Rangers of Esteldin (+300), and you will now be able this quest again, for as many times as you want!
