Warning Amon Raith
General QuestMincham needs you to warn others that Angmar has "claimed the ancient ruins of Fornost."
STEPS:
1) Talk to Amarion. Mincham says to you:
"I need you to go to Amon Raith in the east, upon which young Amarion keeps watch, and warn him of Angmar's presence here at Fornost."
Amarion is so close, I'm not sure why Mincham couldn't just trot over here himself. Amon Raith is a bit east of Mincham's Camp, near a stablemaster. Amarion is at the top of some stairs, on a platform (12.5s, 52.8w).
2) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward and XP.
