General QuestMincham needs you to warn Captain Trotter that the Orcs he faces in Nan Wathren are from the vicious Tarkrip tribe.
STEPS:
1) Relay Mincham's concerns to Captain Trotter. Mincham says to you:
"Please, make your way south to Trestlebridge and inform Captain Trotter that he should send a courier south to my brethren in the Bree-fields, they may yet have strength or influence enough to aid him."
Captain Trotter is standing outside Nellie Boskin's house in Trestlebridge, south of Mincham's Camp (17.7s, 53.9w).
2) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward and XP.
