Stopping the Siege

General Quest

Gareth learned from the orders you brought him that the Blogmal Orcs are building siege weapons. He wants you to destroy them.

NOTE: For your comparison purposes, here was my fellowship composition: Myself, a level 38 Hunter; Brasse, a level 36 Guardian; Grif, a level 34 Captain; Val, a level 32 Minstrel; and Naking, a level 31 Champion. This group got me 12/15 of the siege parts. Later, I came back with my buddies: Myself, a level 41 Hunter; Brasse, a level 40 Guardian; and Grif, a level 35 Captain. It's tricksy without a minstrel, but we were fairly high level for the quest, and were able to do it with no deaths. Many thanks to all that helped me with this quest!

STEPS:

1) Destroy 15 siege parts. From the quest journal:

"The siege weapon parts are being assembled in the Orc camp at the base of the keep within the city of Fornost."

Head east and then north from the Free People's Camp. All of the siege parts are within a fort, filled with plenty of Elite Orcs. Here is the entrance to fort: (6.4s, 53.9w).

Each member in your fellowship can destroy these simultaneously. Here are the coordinates of all of the siege-weapon parts I found:

2) Talk to Gareth Copp.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and either Shanks of the Aurochs, or Siege Ender, or Shield Token.
