Valley of the Worms

General Quest

Arastil would like the western pass through Ram Duath to be cleared of worms, and trusts you to take care of this problem.

NOTE: For questal efficiency, you should work on Leathery Wings of the Drakes at the same time as this quest.

STEPS:

1) Defeat 10 Cold-worms. Arastil tells you:

"To the north of Esteldin lies another pass, though it also is fraught with danger. Worms hide amid the crags and crevices, preying on unwary travellers."

Leave Esteldin the back way and head north to the western pass, just above the "W" in Nan Amlug West on your map. The worms are level 31, and you will see them as soon as you head into the pass (5.5s, 40.8w). If you are alone, be cautious when you attack the Cold-Worms; others will come to aid them if they are nearby.

2) Talk to Arastil.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Destroying the Hatchery.
