Scales of the Earthbound Foe

General Quest

NOTE: Before you will be offered this quest you must have completed the Destroying the Hatchery quest.

Gondranc has promised the Trestlebridge citizens some new armor, and wants you to bring the scales of the worms to him for this purpose.

STEPS:

1) Collect 16 Thick Worm-scales. Collect 6 Sturdy Worm-scales. Collect 4 Thin Worm-scales. Gondranc tells you:

"You have been to the northwest where worm roam Ram Duath. Worms shed their skin, leaving their scales behind. I need you to find these scales and of many sizes. With the knowledge of the Earth-kin, they will make a strong armour."

Go back to the same area that you fought worms and destroyed eggs in Destroying the Hatchery. The scales drop readily from the Cold-Worms and Rock-Worms, and I also found some of the thick scales on the ground (4.9s, 41.5w and 4.6s, 41.4w).

2) Return the Scales to Gondranc.

3) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward and XP.
