Book IV. Chapter 01: Where is the Horse and the Rider?

Epic - Book IV Quest

Elrond tells you how Frodo was pursued on his way to Rivendell by the Nine, though only eight of the Nazgul were accounted for after the battle. His sons have gone in search of the missing rider.

STEPS:

1) Talk to Elladan. Elrond says to you:

"I ask that you speak with Elladan at their camp of Thorenhad, among the Bruinen Gorges, and lend your aid to the search. We must learn where this Nazgul has gone, and most importantly, his designs."

Thorenhad is near the Trollshaw stables, north of the Bruinen Gorge. Elladan is near a campfire, and he tells you that the Rider is still missing (31.7s, 15.2w).

2) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Chapter 02: The Missing Rider.
