General QuestAragorn is determined to have the sword reforged, and has a plan. You'll play messenger.
STEPS:
1) Talk to Elrond. Aragorn tells you:
"Here is my message: 'I know now what Gwindeth sought of me in the watery darkness, and I am prepared to give it. Elendil was a wiser man than I.' I await your return, Wren."
Elrond is waiting to talk to you in his library, on the third floor of The Last Homely House. The library itself has two floors, and you'll find Gandalf on the lower level, standing next to a table and Elrond.
2) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, The City of His Fathers.
