General Quest

This poster gives a bounty for a named tomb-robber.

STEPS:

1) Talk to Ballard Wilmer. To get more details on this commission, you need to "seek out Ballard Wilmer in Ost Forod." Ballard is not deep within town (8s, 64.2w). He says to you:

"Some of his friends linger by the Forochel gate at Cirith Rhiw. Just follow the northern road through Tyrn Fornech to reach it."

Select "Continue Quest" to get to the next step.

2) Defeat Harry Hinchcliffe. Those directions are solid--get on the road heading north, and don't stop until you see Harry wandering on it with a friend, nearly off the map (3.2s, 63.9w). Harry is a level 35 Signature mob with 2,387 morale and 419 power.

3) Talk to Ballard Wilmer. Select "Continue Quest" to get to the next step.

4) Talk to Basil Gummidge. Basil is up the stairs north inside the town, standing in front of a closed door (7.5s, 64.4w).

5) After you speak with them and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and Hinchcliffe's Doom.
