General Quest

Ulfar wants to stop Olwir by gathering some friends to defeat the Stone-troll.

STEPS:

1) When you are ready to begin, talk to Ulfar, who will ask if you wish to Travel Now or Travel Later. Select Travel Now, and you'll be ported to an instance.

2) Speak to Ulfar again. After you continue, your job is to defend Ulfar from the hordes of nasty dwarves coming at you, a Hunter, two Trappers and a Tracker, all Dourhands. After you kill them, it seems Ulfar cannot go on. He urges you to continue without him and kill the Stone-troll, if they have one, and to watch for Olwir.

3) Follow the path all the way up to the final campsite, complete with a roaring fire and a Stone troll in a cage (26.9s, 73.9w). First several Dourhand dwarves will attack you, and then Olwir himself will show his ugly head. When he is nearly dead, he runs away, and unlocks the troll's cage. Now you'll have to kill the Stone-troll and one more Dourhand dwarf. After they are dead, head back down to Ulfar (27.5s, 73.7w) and talk to him. He transports you to the outside of Needlehole.

4) Talk to Ulfar again.

5) After you speak with him and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP and Ulfar's Shoulder Guards, Ulfar's Helmet, Ulfar's Robe, Ulfar's Leather Leggings, Olwir's Bane, Two-Handed Axe, or Olwir's Foil.
